3-day course

This intensive 3-day course emphasizes practical learning with extensive, hands-on practice sessions. We will give highly memorable explanations of the underlying theory and key principles of why and how dry needling works.

This course has been organized in The Netherlands since 2012. More then 135 people from around the world participated in it! Equine professionals from the USA, Australia, UK, France, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Belgium, Switserland, Finland, Norway, Spain, Ireland and The Netherlands joined this unique course on Equine Dry Needling!

The course material is being offered in accordance with evidence-based research. This course is designed for veterinarians, animal physical therapists, animal physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and other equine therapists holding a professional therapy qualification.

The purpose of this course is to develop the knowledge and clinical skills required to effectively diagnose and treat painful neuromuscular conditions using myofascial triggerpoint dry needling. This training program is designed to ensure that clinicians will have a clear understanding of how dry needling works to manage myofascial pain at the local and central nervous system levels.

You will be able to use dry needling immediately as a clinically proven modality and be able to safely, comfortable and proficiently use dry needling to treat your equine patient.
